Willie Farrow has over 25 years of executive level management experience in public and private sector business operations that covers the seven Southern States; twelve years in church development, three years as a federal government personnel manager, ten years as a government contractor, four years as a director of human resources, a year managing a private sector manufacturing operation and two years as a college administrator and ten years as a professional employer providing human resource outsourcing. Mr. Farrow holds a masters degree in management science.

He has functioned as the chief executive on employment matters for two major human resource outsourcing companies: provides for strategic management providing focus training to top executives, guidance in policy development and implementation, administration, employee development, 401K plan administration, cafeteria 125 plans, information systems management, recruiting and records administration and information system security. He has worked with some of the nation's top law firms in legal compliance for business employment decisions. Mr. Farrow served as represented business in legal actions as a professional witness, service as the primary interface with legal firms, state and federal agencies.

Mr. Farrow provided for employee relations and conflict resolution; experienced with The Office of Contract Compliance (Affirmative Action Plans), The Department of Labor (Service Contact Act), and Fair labor Standards Act, and The Agency for Workforce Innovations and Davis-Bacon Act. Mr. Farrow background includes a comprehensive understanding of human resource functions with profit and loss responsibilities.

Mr. Farrow has participated in community development by serving on the board of directors of the Economic Development Council of Okaloosa County, The Board of directors of four chambers of commerce (Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Panama City, Pensacola and Gulf Breeze) the Florida Black Business Investment Board, The Board of Director Florida State Branches of the NAACP where he serves as the Economic Development and Housing Chair for the State of Florida. He is a frequent public speaker for chambers, colleges and other professional and the founder of The High Growth Business Incubator an online effort to provide online training to business leaders.

• Complete ongoing training in the areas of compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, workplace diversity management and workplace safety/security. Post Graduate studies in educational leadership.
