The Platinum Weekly Coaching Plan is the fastest and most effective way to improve your business. With the above plan you meet with your certified business coach every week for sessions of one (1) hour or more depending on your need. All Business Evaluation, DISC, FINTEL and Profiles International tools are included. This can also include team coaching for upper management individual staff members as required. The Platinum Plan also includes telephone and e-mail coaching support.

Your certified business coach and you will spend the initial few weeks compiling information and analyzing with the aid of our resource tools exactly where your business is presently in relation to your vision and the necessary action that must be taken to fulfill vision. We also discuss the core values of your business in relation to your vision and implement a strategic plan whereby we provide you with counsel as to what actions are necessary for the improvement and success of the business. The agenda after the analysis is then decided by you and your coach, with the most pressing issues being addressed first.

The Gold Bi-Weekly Coaching Plan is similar to the Platinum plan, with the exception of the one-on-one meetings that occur every two (2) weeks. The same coaching tools are included, with telephone and email coaching support between sessions limited by your coach.

A Retainer Plan is available for those individuals and organizations who desire to have an on-going relationship with your certified business coach. This service is invoiced at an on-going monthly retainer fee. This arrangement can enhance access and continuity of our services.

A BANG Group combines Group Coaching and Accountability, Networking, Business Effectiveness Teaching, and Masterminding, all into one group. You meet with your certified business coach/coaches twice a month for duration of two (2) hours. This is a very unique and cutting edge session whereby Breakthrough Consulting & Coaching brings together a small group of successful business people and a professional certified business coach who work in unity and on a confidential basis, to evaluate and solve each other's business problems and challenges. In a BANG group you will evaluate the state of your business, understand your unique leadership behavior styles, understand the best business practices of other successful businesses, confidentially brainstorm with fellow business owners to solve problems, confidentially work in teams and with partners to develop plans for improvement, follow-up with fellow business owners to insure plans get implemented and see Radical Results in your business.

We believe the transformation that can be realized in this effort will increase the effectiveness of the organization in its community and industry.

The Business Effectiveness Series is a thirteen (13) week group coaching session that covers the essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two (2) hour session each week for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks. We discuss your Vision, Purpose and Mission. We also examine and discuss your core values in relation to your vision. We discuss the importance of calling, gifting and equipping in relation to your positioning in the organization. It is at this stage that we discuss and include a personal style analysis Extended DISC mentioned hereunder.

Other areas of the organization discussed include marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is very effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to insure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business.

Essentially the Business Effectiveness Evaluation (BEE) is a tool that assists business executives and middle management on how to "grade" the effectiveness of themselves and their business in the areas of marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, business systems, profit margins, financial management, leadership and work/life balance. This evaluation is an important part of every professional certified business coach assignment in relation to the Business Effectiveness Series and the BANG Group. It is used to determine areas of strength and weakness in a business or organization and is also available as a stand-alone service.

Your coach has available to him/her several ancillary tools which they use in our coaching practice that assess and measure individual, team and unit performance. We use specific software programs to develop marketing and business plans. We can also undertake financial benchmarking of your company's performance against a comparable size business operation in your particular industry. We can monitor the performance of your business and its ability to service existing debt, and provide valuable information in evaluating if expansion of the business is a viable option.
