A BANG Group combines Group Coaching and Accountability, Networking, Business Effectiveness Teaching, and Masterminding, all into one group. You meet with your certified business coach/coaches twice a month for duration of two (2) hours. This is a very unique and cutting edge session whereby Breakthrough Consulting & Coaching brings together a small group of successful business people and a professional certified business coach who work in unity and on a confidential basis, to evaluate and solve each other's business problems and challenges. In a BANG group you will evaluate the state of your business, understand your unique leadership behavior styles, understand the best business practices of other successful businesses, confidentially brainstorm with fellow business owners to solve problems, confidentially work in teams and with partners to develop plans for improvement, follow-up with fellow business owners to insure plans get implemented and see Radical Results in your business.

We believe the transformation that can be realized in this effort will increase the effectiveness of the organization in its community and industry.

The Business Effectiveness Series is a thirteen (13) week group coaching session that covers the essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two (2) hour session each week for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks. We discuss your Vision, Purpose and Mission. We also examine and discuss your core values in relation to your vision. We discuss the importance of calling, gifting and equipping in relation to your positioning in the organization. It is at this stage that we discuss and include a personal style analysis Extended DISC mentioned hereunder.

Other areas of the organization discussed include marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is very effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to insure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business.
